The EUFASD8 conference is the 8th European Conference on Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders.
Hosted in Amiens, France, it is organised by the European FASD Alliance in collaboration with the French association Vivre avec le SAF, which means living with FASD.
The organisation provides support to families and people with by FASD.
The conference aims to bring together researchers, clinicians, policymakers, and people with lived experience from countries around the world. It provides an opportunity to share knowledge, discuss challenges, and explore solutions.
Vivre avec le SAF invites you to share a message of hope, awareness, and solidarity by sending a postcard from your country.
You can write anything related to FASD, such as a personal reflection, a wish, a dream, a short story, a question, or even a single word. You may also include a drawing that expresses what FASD means to you. Anything you choose to share will be welcomed and appreciated by conference participants.
The postcards will be displayed during the conference as a Wall of Postcards, showcasing the global FASD community.
