This is video 1 of the series which explains Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and why it is important for GP’s to ask pregnant women or women planning a pregnancy about their alcohol use.

Telethon Kids Institute researchers have developed 3 videos to assist GPs to understand the importance of asking pregnant women about alcohol use. This is video 3 of the series which explains how GP’s need to Ask, Assess and Advise all pregnant women or women planning a pregnancy about the risks of alcohol use during pregnancy, including how to record this information in the medical records using the AUDIT C.
