In addition to the westmead feelings program, we provide behaviour support, therapy services and conduct psychometric, educational, developmental, autism and ADHD assessments to individuals across the wider Sydney community. We also administer the Social Attention and Communication Surveillance (SACS) tool, which is an early screening tool for autism for children aged 12-30 and preschool assessment for children 31-60 months. The SACS assists with identifying early intervention supports for children with behaviours that are characteristic of an autism spectrum disorder. Additionally, our psychologists can assist Paediatricians by assessing domains that form part of the diagnostic evaluation of foetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD). Paediatricians can refer clients for assessment in the following domains: cognition, memory, affect regulation, academic achievement, attention, executive function, and adaptive, social skills or social communication. Please also find attached the following flyers for further information; Services, Griffiths III and SACS. These services can occur either at our office here in Ramsgate, on school grounds, or other off-site locations. Along with the services listed above and in the attached PDF, we have psychologists who are accredited to use the Griffiths Mental Development Scales (click here for more info), which assesses a child’s strengths and weaknesses in developmental areas and can be then used to highlight the need for either early intervention or a treatment program. If you have any clients who require therapy, an assessment, early intervention support with a psychologist or behaviour support plan development and implementation, please don't hesitate to get in touch today at (02) 9583 1069 or info@conceptspsychology.com.au We currently have the capacity for ongoing clients or one-off services should you have any referrals.
