FASD experience and training

FASD C.A.R.E includes a multi-disciplinary team of health practitioners who have expertise in FASD assessment and diagnosis. The lead paediatricians have both contributed to the development of the Australian Guidelines for FASD Diagnosis and have delivered training for professionals across the sectors of health, justice and the community. The allied health professionals have considerable experience in diagnosis in children and youth and in therapy for people with disabilities. Our FASD Educator has extensive links with the Noongar community in WA. We are working in partnership with Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service, East Perth. Referrals please to the Child and Maternal Health team, Paediatric Clinic Nurse coordinator.
